About

Boulder B-Sides is a four-piece band based in Boulder, CO, serving up an eclectic mix of Americana, rock, bluegrass, gypsy jazz, and oddball covers — plus originals that hold their own in between.

We're a group of old friends who've played in bands together over the years and came together during COVID in 2020, wanting to play more acoustic-focused tunes with tight harmonies and interesting arrangements at fun venues. The name says it: alongside the crowd-pleasers everyone knows, we dig into the "B-sides" — deep cuts, gypsy-jazz standards, forgotten singles, and album tracks that reward a good listener. We've played breweries, taprooms, and bars across Boulder County, from Boco Cidery to the Wheelhouse in Niwot.

Boulder B-Sides is built for the room. The setlist bends to the crowd, the volume fits the space, and the energy carries a brewery patio or a packed bar without pushing anyone out the door. We handle our own PA and load-in, show up on time and dialed in, and bring a crowd that buys drinks.

We provide our own PA and handle load-in ourselves. We play from conversation-friendly to full-dance volume to fit the room.

Format
Acoustic-focused four-piece with tight vocal harmonies — a natural fit for taprooms, patios, and bars.

Sets
Flexible set lengths and breaks. Happy to do happy-hour, evening, or late-night slots.

Draw
A growing local fan base — we typically bring 20–30 regulars in addition to your usual crowd, and we promote every show to our followers.
